SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the HR & Administration Manager plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls HR & administration activities of Yhaenu personnel; directs the formulation of staff recruitment, placement, training, orientation, development, and other personnel policies; ensures proper provision of general services in the areas of general transport, health care, office and property security, attendance, social relation and privileges.
