Job Summary
The Executive secretary is accountable to the DCEO for Service Sector and responsible for handling the day to day planned activities of the office management; prioritizing the issues and forward to the DCEO respectively and arranging any documents in accessible manner; link customers to the concerned body; documenting the incoming and outgoing letters, Serving guests in respected manner and arranging an appointment.

Qualifications Required
Education
Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Secretary and Office Management, Information Technology
Experience
6 years for diploma 4 years for advanced Diploma and 2 for and BA/BSC degree
Other Personal Attributes
having good secretarial experience, team work sprit, good ethical behaviour, good customer handling and serving approach skill, willingness to accept changes and implement it; no prior disciplinary records, better language skill, recommended or accepted for the position; accepting the given responsibility and being committed for overcoming responsibility; good previous performance history and working discipline
