1. Assist the manager to manage daily site works including arrangement of vehicles, machineries and take appropriate records for inspection and management purpose.
2. Manage the local drivers and operators for daily work arrangement and attendance.
3. Take records for spare parts on site both entry and out of store.
4. Establish a record system to assist the manager in managing the overall status of spare parts and vehicles on site and help build a advance procurement system for spare parts supply.
5. Other works assigned by the manager.
1. Majors like Engineering or Equipment will be preferred.
2. Two or more years of similar experiences will be preferred.
3. The work place will be at our project site.
4. Fluent in English and Amharic both in Speaking and Writing.
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office Software such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
