Job Summary
Plan and organize office management. Support the administration manager in his daily activities. Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes and forms. Ensure that office supplies are readily available.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
· Produce and distribute correspondence, memos,letters, faxes and forms
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
· Facilitate the preparation of ID cards for employees
· Develop and maintain a filing system
· Order office supplies
· Provide general support to internal and external customers
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Education: Diploma in secretarial science and office management
Experience: Atleast 6 Years of Proven office assistant experience
Other requirements
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Office.
Salary: Attractve and Negotiable
Condition of employment: Contract for 3 months
