General Assignment: Implement the logistics policy of the mission to ensure good logistical performance, provide the best possible support to the supply chain, function, and build the logistics team capacity in this area.
To ensure the smooth running of the mission supply chain (planning, procurement, and transport, stock).
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Optimize the management of procurements (Capital office requests, UBPRs & HQPRs)
2. Prepare/Review PD files & ask for Validation
3. Planning of the supplies
4. Audit Related tasks
5. Archiving
6. Reports for capital office Supply activities
Qualification and experience,
B.A. degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management/Business Administration or equivalent field of studies and at least 5 years’ work experience on the similar position.
