Job Description Summary:
The Sales Supervisors will be responsible for driving the on-the-field sales efforts through the Sales persons/Agent Network officers in their area. They will be responsible for driving the day to day performance indicators in the retail market as set by the Kifiya agent network targets. They will also be responsible for motivating the sales persons/Agent Network officers as well as ensuring that the teams operate with the staff policy guidelines of Kifiya. The holder of this role will be the key contact for retailer activation and training in their respective areas as well as advancing retailer retention measure
Major Duties and Responsibilities;
· Identifying and selecting potential Aggregator for Retail agents of KFT with strategic service location, viable underlying business and service proficiency;
· Provide education and awareness to enable potential KFT Aggregator to provide the service and use the technology;
· Drive overall Service distribution sales performance for their respective areas.
· Monitoring the daily sales and provide daily trade feedback to the Chief E-Commerce and Distribution
· To guide, coach and periodically train the direct sales teams on basic selling skills and customer care
· Ensure that retailers are well trained and that they understand the procedures of ordering very well.
· Ensure that retailers are visited frequently according to the retailer visit schedules.
· Ensure that the Sales persons/Agent Network officers hit their daily/weekly /monthly targets.
· Act as a key driver for the recruitment of retailers in their respective areas.
· Co-ordinate and facilitate the activation and training of retailers in their respective areas.
· Actively drive the retention of retailers through constant engagements through visits, training and issue resolution.
· Identify new retailer recruitment opportunities in their areas to drive business expansion.
· Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
· Prepares and submits periodic report to the Chief E-Commerce and Distribution.
· Undertakes other duties as assigned by the Chief E-Commerce and Distribution.
· Adequately address all arising staff issues and maintain high staff morale in their teams.
EDUCATION
· BA in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or related fields or
· Diploma in sales and marketing, Management, Business administration or related fields.
EXPERIENCE
2/6 years of relevant experience preferably in Agent Onboarding and FMCG industry
