· Taking care and follow up of the organization materials or equipments safely and strictly.
· Support all the purchasing procedures according to LVIA internal rules, Government, and Donors rules.
· Responsible for good and timely repair and maintenance of project vehicles, generators, computers and other equipments and tools.
· Ensure project facilities and equipments remain in a good state (plumbing, lighting, roofing, furniture, power supply and computers etc.)
· Support project procurement and manage of office equipment and supplies (including IT consumables).
· Oversee vehicle movements in project office; closely monitor fuel supply and consumption, to arrange a format to monitor them, as well as their correct and prompt maintenance.
· Develop, implement and review the operating plan Fleet Management
· Minimum degree in purchasing and supply management and other related.
· Minimum 3 years experience in related works..
· Strong Management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
· Highly organized, efficient, and able to meet key deadlines
· Excellent oral and written communication skills;
· Highly developed inter-personal skills/inter-cultural sensitivity;
· Competence in IT;
· Ability to work under pressure in harsh environment;
· Languages: English fluently spoken and written.

Salary: Monthly basic salary of 7,812.50 ETB plus 30% hardship allowance + 1,953.10 birr monthly transport allowance + pension fund and medical insurance + plus other organization benefits.
